New Mexico Increases Authorized Supply of Cannabis to its Residents
In order to increase supply to its 1,900+ Medical Marijuana Patients, the Department of Health in New Mexico has authorized an additional 6 Medical Marijuana producers, bringing the current total to 11.
New Mexico's Health Secretary states the additional production facilities will help meet the demand, and make the medication more accessible to the registered Medical Marijuana patients across the state. The facilities will be spread across the counties of: Bernalillo, Catron, Cibola, Dona Ana, Harding, and Lea. The 5 current facilities are located in Bernalillo, Cibola, and Santa Fe counties.
