Just a fact that only thirteen states have enacted laws that legalized medical marijuana(Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhodes Island, Vermont, Washington); two states have passed the law but not favorable towards medical marijuana and legalizing of using it (Arizona, Maryland).

It is also stated in one of the Ohio marijuana laws that selling or distributing of 600 grams or bigger than that will carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 6 months and a possible 2-8 year sentence. Selling the drug to minors, within 1,000 ft from school, selling within 100 ft of a juvenile and a previous felony drug conviction will increase the penalty for the sale or distribution of marijuana.

In Ohio marijuana laws, possession of less than 100 grams of marijuana is a citable offense only that will lead you to pay a fine of $100. If you possess bigger than the said amount, it will be punishable by a fine of $250.

Just like of some other state, Ohio law for the usage of medical marijuana only allows a patient to possess up to 200 grams of marijuana and 12 mature plants for personal use.

Yeah just try to raise 12 plants and the cop's here in Gallia County will be kicking in your door and haul your rear ends into a court room because they don't get a pay off from it.
