I am wanting to start a wholesale clone operation. Deliver clones, to clubs and dispenseries, . Since the dispenseries get clones from someone, the clubs get them somewhere, the delivery services get them somewhere, why not from me? If I get the dispenseries to give me the list of patients who will receive them, then it's legal under Ca. law, Right ? I HOPE ? I have received requests for some very large orders. I am going to consult a lawyer first. I have a couple of people who are intrested in investing with me in my plan but the legal aspect is a slight hinderance! I want to get going on this ASAP so I don't get pushed out of the way. This big ol dog eat dog world takes some risk to get ahead I believe and so, I am ready to go forward, just hopeing for some encouragement and a GO FOR IT, We GOT YOUR BACK! Ha ha ha ha, ROFLOL!
I believe I should be able to do ithis legally. I should not have to wait untill some big company comes in and takes over my plan. I am doing the American Dream. This is the one thing I am completely confident in doing and being successful at it. I have been useing medicinal marijuana for neuropathy for over 10 years now and I started growing it when I was 9. I am 51 years old. My parents used it medicinally and their parents and you can believe this or not, our for fathers used it medicinally. My great grandmother, full blood indian, passed to my father the peace pipe and so I use it for medicinal reasons ( with a doctors recomendation of coarse ),I know it has good medicinal value and has no bad effects, very safe has been for thousands of years and it is a natural plant, an herb of the field!
Don't I have Constitutional rights ? Why should it be legal for someone else to provide clones and not me? I am ready to set up a clean, sanitary, pest, pesticide and disease free, 100% organic affordable clone grow site and provide clones at a set donation to recovery costs. We will offer only high quality medicinal grade, top shelf genetics at a very reasonable set donation. I am confident but now I need to either convince the investor I hope will come on with me, that it is a great plan or find someone who feels the same as I do, has the money to do it and wants to help a fellow american to fullfill the American Dream.
