Medical Card for Gastroparesis?

Does anyone know if I will have any problems getting a card for gastroparesis? My condition is pretty severe and even with front line medications like Reglan & domperidone I still have chronic pain, nausea and poor appetite. I am waiting for my records to show up from a few different hospitals that will show my history, but I was just not sure if this was something I could get card for.
