Why law enforcement hassles MM dispenceries and users

Law enforcement officials are not respecting the MM usage laws in California because of the perception that people are using the laws to get high. Hell, I'm all for Medical Marijuana I think that it's potential for healing is virtually unlimited and that it is far safer than what is being "legally" prescribed by the Medical establishment (and everything sold "over the counter" as well). But take a impartial look at the whole Medical Marijuana seen, the dispensaries seem more like the "coffee" houses in Denmark then an establishment dispensing "medicine". I mean how are they going to take us seriously with names like "Northern Lights" or "AK47" or "kronic"? Not that "Zyrtec", or "Xyzal", or "Gleevec" are any better. And when was the last time you over heard a discussion with a pharmacist about which pain killer had the better high Vicodin or Codeine? You should be able to catch my drift. Until we start treating Medical Marijuana as "Medicine" and not as a "Drug" no one (Law Enforcement and Political Officials) is going to it, or us seriously.

I think medical marijuana happens to create serious problem due to people using it as drugs. That might be the reason why officer or law enforcement agency take control on this one. Using MM can cause mental illneses if not properly uses. So upon avoiding it they should take action to prevent people buying or using it freely unless if prescribe by the doctor.

In the eyes of justice and law, marijuana is an addictive type of medication. That's why they focus on preventing other people to do illegal act that's connected with marijuana. So for me we can't just blame them.

Well I can consider what are you trying to say. If you smoke outside maybe it would be dangerous for you. But If random check will be done do you have time to show them that your in medication? Or prescription perhaps?
