Maybe it was a huge victory but imagine if we don't have this new restrictions passed, I don't think abusing will not be rampant. We need it so we can control the usage of marijuana.

Would this make any harder to control the patients if restrictions on dispensaries was declined? I think it would only complicate the business of selling medical marijuana.

I think its not about selling marijuana to the public. Its how marijuana do to people in need of this medication. By this restriction doesn't mean that marijuana selling is the only target upon having this restriction for my opinion. Its a act of controling it and maintaining people for abusing marijuana.

I'm half of agreeing and disagreeing about it. Yes, the thought that marijuana would somehow really help some medical conditions but considering that it would also be a great problem once it is already abusively used under no circumstances.

Agree with you. The tendency if we stop the restriction regarding this one is that people might abused it and even can cause more problem in our society. If it was being prescribe it much better than risking other peoples life. And it serves great advantage to those who is in medication.
