I've encountered a marijuana dispensary somewhere in Colorado that is legal and taxed under medical marijuana law. It seems that it is just so easy to buy an advil for pain relief. It just so alarming that it would come to a point where young ones is prone to abuse buying medical marijuana. It would alarm a growing number of young users with little knowledge about it. |

I wanted to let others out there like myself, a 30 year old professional woman- that there is actually a safe, secure place in Colorado to speak with amazing doctors and trained staff on which marijuana strain is best for your condition. A written recommendation signed by a licensed physician or an approval medical file is required to possess marijuana. You should also renew it at least once per year.
Some of the dispensaries have bodyguards to check before allowing you to enter the premises. It's better that you don't bring company waiting inside the car so they won't have any suspicions on you.
Well, I think you can only buy marijuana from dispensaries when you have a prescription from your physician. They won't release a gram unless if you can present one. The law allows a qualifying patient to grow medical marijuana. It is not legal to buy or sell it.
A week ago there's this free pot at a medical marijuana in the San Fernando Valley. The shop gave away 3.5 grams but recipients had to have medical cards and updated prescriptions.
There's this drug enforcement administration that investigates some dispensaries. However it is still very hard to differentiate between illegal drug users and patients and caregivers. I think that dispensary owners should also be aware and careful upon operating their business.
There is a system that allows patient to buy and use medical marijuana legally throughout the state as prescribed by their physicians. Just find one that writes medical marijuana prescriptions and consult on them.
it is very important for the young ones to be aware about the medical marijuana inorder to educate themselves. however, as long as there are constraints on those legal dispensaries, i believe they won't be able to abuse this medicine.
