Can't find a Dr. to get card in WA state?

I am in Kelso, Washington. I have severe fibromyalgia, chronic pain from a number of sources and extreme fatigue and depression to name a few. I can't find a MM Dr. nearby and if I could I can't find a dispensary. My mother has MS and is in desperate need of this type of help as well. My problem is I am so sick it is virtually impossible to go out and get it. I am trying to find a place to get my card and was told there would be no problem with the long list of problems medically, but everyone I talk to have just closed up shop or were moving to the Seattle area.
Do any of you have this problem and have found a way to get through it, or know of any Dr.'s in my area. I have thought of growing it myself, but most days I can't even get out of bed, let alone grow a garden! :)
